TRINC ionizers are designed to give precise control over industrial static electricity and floating dust particles. The technology is used across manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, commercial and consumer goods, anywhere a static charge attracts a particle onto a surface that has to stay clean.
Static and dust are usually treated as two problems and solved with two pieces of equipment, one of which blows the dust somewhere else. The TRINC range is built around handling both at once: the No-Blow designs neutralise the charge without moving air, and the Vacuum type takes the dust away with the ions rather than releasing it back into the room.
Because the requirement differs by station (a semiconductor line, a filling room, a bench, an air shower), the range covers bar, phased array, vacuum, gun, desktop and air-shower formats rather than asking one unit to cover all of them.
Most static equipment solves dust by blowing it somewhere else. The No-Blow and Vacuum designs are built not to.
The TRINC range
Bar TRINC
The highest-level bar ionizer, dedicated to semiconductors and liquid crystals. Static and dust problems are solved together with the No-Blow design.
Phased Array ionizer
Neutralises static charges throughout a space with high accuracy, for anti-static and anti-foreign-particle measures in electronics and medical care.
Vacuum TRINC
Takes up static and dust with ions. Nothing is blown up into the air, so the surroundings are not contaminated in the process.
Gun TRINC
