End-to-End Import & Distribution

From the factory gate to the Indian consumer, under one controlled network

A complete view of how products move from South Korea to Indian consumers: sourcing, clearance, warehousing, and final delivery, with no third-party handoffs.

  1. 01Origin

    Sourcing from South Korea

    • Manufacturer produces goods in South Korea under purchase orders placed directly by Kyodo International.
    • Kyodo manages all export paperwork and books ocean or air freight to Indian ports of entry.
    • Goods travel under Kyodo's full control from the factory gate to the Indian port: no third-party handoffs.
  2. 02Customs

    Customs Clearance & Port Handling

    • Kyodo works with licensed Customs House Agents (CHA) to manage import clearance end-to-end.
    • Handles duty payment, GST filings, and all regulatory documentation at the port.
    • Oversees container unloading, port handling, and onward movement to Kyodo warehouses.
  3. 03Warehousing

    Pan-India Warehousing Network

    • Cleared goods move directly into Kyodo-managed warehouses strategically located across India for pan-India reach.
    • Every warehouse runs centralized inventory management, quality checks, and real-time stock control to ensure full traceability.
  4. 04Marketplace

    Direct Marketplace Fulfillment

    • B2B bulk orders dispatched directly to business buyers from Kyodo warehouse stock.
    • B2C consumer orders on platforms such as Amazon fulfilled directly from Kyodo inventory.
    • Order packaging and last-mile coordination managed centrally: fast, consistent, controlled.
  5. 05Authorized Supply

    Authorized Distributor Supply

    • Every authorized distributor selling the brand's products is supplied exclusively from the Kyodo India warehouse.
    • This model eliminates parallel imports and unauthorized stock entirely, protecting brand integrity and market pricing.

One controlled source, zero parallel imports

Any distributor not supplied through Kyodo's warehouse network is considered unauthorized. This is a foundational policy of Kyodo's India distribution model. It protects brand integrity and keeps market pricing consistent.

Payment & invoicing flow

Upstream payment
Kyodo pays the South Korean manufacturer for goods and all associated freight charges.
Downstream invoicing
Marketplaces and distributors pay Kyodo against invoices issued for stock supplied from the warehouse.
Full cost transparency
Each invoice captures landed cost, applicable GST, and duty pass-through at every handoff point.

From warehouse to end consumer

Every unit sold in India traces back to one warehouse network: full visibility, one point of control.

B2C Direct

Marketplace orders ship straight to individual consumers: fast fulfillment, no intermediary.

B2B Direct

Bulk orders dispatched to business buyers through the same warehouse network.

Distributor Retail

Distributor-supplied stock flows into retail and wholesale networks, reaching consumers across India.
